The World Trade Organization (WTO)'s 13th Ministerial Conference concluded in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. On the eve of the event, ministers from 123 WTO members finalized the Investment Facilitation for Development Agreement. This is an important milestone in the history of the WTO. For more than two decades since its accession to WTO, China has continuously opened up its market, which has not only ignited its economic takeoff, but also shared developmental dividends with the world.
