High Talk: Interview with former CITES Secretary General Scanlon

The UN Environmental Assembly will hold its sixth session in Nairobi from February 26 to March 1 on the benefits of multilateralism during a global environmental crisis. CGTN anchor Li Dongning talked to John E. Scanlon, former secretary general of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
