A forest at a village in Guiyang, southwest China's Guizhou Province, has come alive as flocks of gray herons arrived to nest in early spring. It's said that for nearly 20 years, gray herons have migrated to settle and breed in Dangzhai Village, where the lush forest and abundance of freshwater fish and shrimp make it a perfect habitat for the birds.
