The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) has actively carried out friendly exchanges with organizations, officials and academicians from other countries to help create a favorable external environment, Wang Huning, chairman of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, said at the opening meeting of the second session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, on Monday.

Wang made the remarks when delivering a work report of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee to the session.
