China's undiscovered gems: U.S. vlogger explores China's 'capital of crawfish'

Hubei Province's Qianjiang is known as China's hometown of the crawfish. After 20 years of development, the crawfish business in Qianjiang has built-up a complete industrial chain, integrating, breeding, processing and catering with crawfish being exported to foreign countries via e- commerce platforms. Currently, about 200,000 workers from Qianjiang are involved in the crawfish sector.  

Marissa is a vlogger from the U.S., she visited Qianjiang recently to check out the crawfish city and had chats with locals of diverse occupation about their living and working there, exploring the secret of how this specialty industry has led them to become richer.
