China is aiming for a 2024 fiscal budget deficit at 3 percent of the gross domestic product, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said as he delivered a government work report to the National People's Congress on Tuesday in Beijing. Li also said that all levels of government should improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fiscal funds.
