Tourists visiting Dianchi Lake in Kunming, Yunnan Province delighted in the chance to interact with the black-headed gulls swooping around as they took in the beautiful scenery. Due to the favorable environment, flocks of migratory birds of various species travel long distances to spend the winter at the lake, including the black-headed gulls which arrive in November and leave in March every year.
