Artifacts from China's ancient Chu culture are being exhibited at the Zhangzhou Museum in Fujian Province. Sourced from the Xuzhou Museum in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, the heartland of China's Chu State during the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220 AD), a total of 286 artifacts from the ancient society are on display. Visitors to the Zhangzhou Museum can examine unearthed items such as terracotta warriors, figurines of dancers, seals and jade artifacts, which all shed light on the ways of the Chu people. Once known as Pengcheng, Xuzhou is considered the birthplace of the Han Dynasty. The exhibition is on at Zhangzhou Museum until May 6.
