China's political season, the Two Sessions, is underway. Wei Zhaohui, a member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and secretary-general of the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) Secretariat, told CGTN's Shen Shiwei in an interview that the CAEXPO has become a crucial open platform for fostering cooperation between China and ASEAN countries. Exhibitors consistently praise and commend the CAEXPO for its significant contributions, Wei said.
