"New quality productive forces" is an important term mentioned frequently at this year's Two Sessions. 

In a recent interview with CGTN reporter Zhao Chenchen, Lyu Benfu, vice chairman at China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence in developing new quality productive forces. He says that new quality productive forces must be supported by artificial intelligence to empower industries, increase efficiency and reduce emissions.
