The East Coast Rail Link, Malaysia's biggest-ever infrastructure project, is under construction by the China Communication Construction Company (CCCC). Using the latest Chinese technology, the CCCC is laying track at least three times faster than conventional methods. CGTN's correspondent Rian Maelzer reports.
