The second session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) holds its second plenary meeting on Friday at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. NPC deputies are invited to take questions from the media at the Deputies' Corridor before the start of the meeting. Ministers are scheduled to take questions at the Ministers' Corridor after the meeting.
