Russia did not attack the motorcade of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Odesa on Wednesday, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev was quoted as saying by TASS on Thursday.
Ukraine had blamed Russia for an explosion that took place in the port city during Zelenskyy and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' visit there.
