China has built the world's largest high-speed rail, expressway and postal express delivery networks and has a world-class port cluster, said Li Xiaopeng, the minister of the Ministry of Transport (MOT), at the Ministers' Corridor of this year's Two Sessions.

He pointed out that the infrastructure has become better, the transport service guarantee capacity is being continuously improved, green and smart transportation is being further developed, and reform and opening up have been deepened.
