The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) agency said on Friday that it received a report of an attack 50 nautical miles southeast of Yemen's Aden.
"Authorities are investigating. Vessels are advised to transit with caution and report any suspicious activity to UKMTO," the agency stated in an advisory note.
