The 3rd Nanyang Cultural Festival is being held in the ancient village, attracting many locals and visitors. Many people said the fashion show has promoted cultural exchange between China and Singapore.
Wulin Traditional Village is one of the most beautiful villages in Jinjiang and one of the major ancestral homes of overseas Chinese from Fujian. It has preserved a variety of southern Fujian official-style large houses, Gothic and Romanesque buildings, former residences of notable figures blending Chinese and western architectural styles, and fanzailou (foreigners' houses) since the early 1900s.
