On the occasion of China's annual Two Sessions, CGTN launched a global campaign, "Ask China Expats," encouraging people around the world to ask questions about the country and inviting foreigners living in China to answer them. In this video, Vietnamese vlogger Nguyễn Thị Thanh Thanh, who is studying and living in China, responds to questions from friends in Vietnam about education in China. Thanh answered with the Chinese saying, "Pursuing scholarship surmounts all other occupations." In Thanh's view, Chinese students study hard from an early age, and Chinese families attach great importance to education, hoping that their children can win at the starting line.
