Member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Hoffman Ma, who is from Hong Kong, spoke highly of the potential of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Ma, also deputy director of the Committee on Liaison with Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese of Chongqing Municipality, said the region has already seen significant progress with electric vehicles and could collaborate more in areas including health care and new energy.
