The Chinese Government Work Report outlines plans for new investment in artificial-intelligence technology as part of a winder push to drive digital innovation and growth. Liu Qingfeng is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, and the founder a chairman of iFlytek, a leading Chinese AI company. During this year's Two Sessions, he proposed the creation of a national development plan for AI development.
