Russian border guards will leave the airport of the Armenian capital of Yerevan on August 1, the Interfax news agency cited Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan as saying on Tuesday.
The Yerevan government said last week it no longer needed the Russian border guards, amid a strained relationship between the current Armenian and Russian leaderships.
