March 12 marks the 46th National Tree Planting Day in China. Through decades of reforestation efforts, the Chinese people have created the largest man-made forests in the world, making a huge contribution to the cause of environmental protection. There is a saying in China that goes: "One generation plants trees and another generation rests in their shade." In addition to fresher air, the country's reforestation efforts have provided people with more places to be close to nature.
