Early spring sees flocks of swans arriving at the rivers in N China

01:05

With temperatures going up in early spring, more than 100 swans have arrived at the Fenhe River in Taiyuan, capital of north China’s Shanxi Province. As the second longest tributary of the Yellow River, Fenhe used to be polluted. But over the past decade, its cleanliness has dramatically improved and ecology much restored. Guangling County in Datong City has also welcomed over 80 swans to its Huliu River Wetland Nature Reserve.
