A Russian Il-76 military transport plane crashed in the Ivanovo region northeast of Moscow on Tuesday with 15 people on board, Russian media reported citing Russia's defense ministry as saying.
TASS cited the ministry as saying one of the plane's engines had caught fire, causing the crash. It was unclear whether there were any survivors.
