Legacies of War: Hope for amputees in Cambodia

Cambodia has the highest ratio of amputees per capita in the world. Large parts of the country are littered with unexploded ordnance, or UXOs, a legacy of the U.S. military's bombing campaigns during the Vietnam War. Moung Soksan lost his leg over 20 years ago to one such landmine. In a rehabilitation center in Phnom Penh, Moung receives a new leg and newfound hope.
