Chinese Medicine Day, which falls on March 17, commemorates a time-honored way of curing and caring for people's health. Originating from China, traditional Chinese medicine encompasses a completed set of therapy methods based on ancient Chinese people's wisdom, including acupuncture, herbal medicines, Tuina (a form of alternative medicine similar to a massage) and other therapies aimed at helping people get rid of disease and maintain good health.
