Artificial intelligence is developing by leaps and bounds and the knowledge it's amassing is growing. Andy Mok, senior research fellow at the Center for China and Globalization, says access to AI will widen the gap between rich and poor, both within countries and globally, threatening to leave many behind in the technological leap forward.
