Bird couple perform synchronized dances at N China's wetland

01:03

A photographer captured a cute moment at the Xiaohe National Wetland Park in Xiaoyi City, north China's Shanxi Province, showing two great crested grebes in love. The pair was dancing in sync while staring at each other and holding pieces of water grass in their mouths as a gift. The species is monogamous and known for their cute and funny displays of courtship. The grebes are among hundreds of migratory birds coming to the wetland as part of their northern migration.
