Chinese President Xi Jinping's Special Representative Zhang Guoqing, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Chinese vice premier, will attend the first nuclear energy summit to be held in Brussels, Belgium, from March 20 to 22, a spokesperson from the China Atomic Energy Authority said on Tuesday.
