Former Japanese minister calls for further global cooperation against major crises

The third International Forum on Democracy: The Shared Human Values was held in Beijing on Wednesday. Yoichi Masuzoe, a former governor of Tokyo and former minister of health, labor and welfare in Japan, called for further global cooperation between countries and blocs to deal with major crises such as regional conflict, disease and global warming.
