After seeing pictures of the victims of Agent Orange, Dr. Ngo Thi Thuy Huong felt compelled to do something. As an ecotoxicologist, she is keenly aware of how dangerous dioxin is to human health. She decided to examine the soil around Vietnam's most contaminated hotspots, namely former U.S. army bases, where large quantities of Agent Orange were stored and handled. Her findings shocked even her. The levels of dioxin in these places are highly hazardous for humans.
