Analyst: External pressure won't change Israel's behavior

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejects the U.S.' call to halt a ground offensive on Gaza's city of Rafah. The EU and UN chiefs are urging Israel to allow "complete and unfettered" access to Gaza so they can deliver humanitarian aid. Wang Jin, an associate professor at the Institute of Middle East Studies at Northwest University, says external pressure won't change Israel's behavior but may partly alleviate a humanitarian disaster in Gaza.
