Changde, which was called "Wuling" in ancient China, is a city with profound historic and cultural traditions in central China's Hunan Province. Visitors to this ancient and modern city are now able to visit a series of well-preserved ancient buildings, such as Jiashan Temple, Feiyun Tower, and Qianming Temple. The city has also built many ancient-style buildings near the historic sites in recent years, such as those at Hejie Street, which serve to remind people of the city's bustling scenes in ancient times.
