The 2024 Zhongguancun Forum (ZGC Forum) is scheduled to take place in Beijing, China, from April 25 to 29, the event's organizers said Tuesday, noting that UNESCO will serve the forum for the first time as support unit.
Themed "Innovating for a Better World," this year's forum will be held at its newly constructed permanent venue in Beijing, with many top scientists and institutions and well-known innovation and entrepreneurship entities jointly discussing the new sci-tech trends that are leading the development of human society.
The 2024 forum will hold numerous conferences, sub-forums and competitions in cutting-edge fields and will release a group of major sci-tech innovation achievements according to schedule. The forum has held a total of 28 sci-tech events in 2024, focusing on AI large-scale model applications, cell and gene therapy as well as quantum computing to address public concerns.

Media registration for the forum started on Tuesday and will last until April 9. Journalists can log on to the official website of the ZGC Forum at www.zgcforum.com.cn for registration.
