The moves involve payments across online services, with international bank cards, and through local banks. Some people say China's strong digital payment infrastructure has created a "reverse digital divide" between it and other countries.
To address this, China is moving very fast to optimize international visitors' payment services, including upgrading payment platforms and raising the acceptance levels of international bank cards as well as cash.
