The death toll from Friday night's terrorist attack has risen to 143. Over 100 are injured, and 2 people have been discharged from hospitals. At least four gunmen attacked the Crocus City Hall in a Moscow suburb. They entered the hall dressed in camouflage and began shooting civilians. Russian intelligence agencies have detained 11 people, including four directly involved in the attack. Security has been stepped up and events have been cancelled in Moscow and other regions. Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko said they will work together to fight terrorism.
