CGTN recently launched "Ask China Expats," a global campaign collecting questions about China from people around the world and asking foreigners working and living in China to answer them. Brazilian architect João Eduardo Colares said he encountered payment problems while he was in China and would like to know more about its newest payment methods.
Rian Neves, a Brazilian vlogger living in northwest China's Xi'an, answered the question by demonstrating how he uses mobile payment apps in his daily life. "Nowadays it's really rare to see people using cash and it's been a long time since I used cash."
