Four individuals directly involved in the Moscow concert hall attack that killed at least 137 people have been charged with terrorism, local media reported on Monday.
Militant Islamist group Islamic State claimed responsibility for Friday's rampage. Russian President Vladimir Putin pledged to track down and punish those behind the attack.
Leaders from around the world, including UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, expressed condolences and condemned the brutal attack.
