On the evening of March 22, terrorists targeted the Crocus City Hall music venue on the outskirts of Moscow, Russia. At least 133 people were killed in the attack over 100 were injured, the Investigative Committee of Russia said on Saturday.

It was the deadliest terror attack in Moscow in decades. Russia said 11 people have been arrested, including four gunmen directly involved in the attack.

A CGTN stringer on Saturday captured the scene as Russians gathered outside the concert hall, laying flowers, candles and toys in memory of the victims of the tragedy.
