The Russian authorities say the death toll from Friday's terror attack on a suburban Moscow concert hall has risen to 137. President Putin said the main thing now is to prevent those behind the attack from committing new crimes. Sergey Sanakoev, president of Russia's Asia-Pacific Region Research Center, said Russia will be sure to strengthen security measures.
