CGTN recently launched "Ask China Expats," a global campaign collecting questions about China from people around the world and asking foreigners working and living in China to answer them. In this video, Nguyễn Thị Thanh Thanh, a Vietnamese student in Beijing, responds to a question about living costs in China.
Thanh shared her experiences of life in the Chinese capital and also visiting small towns. She also talked about how Chinese people strive to achieve a balance between social competition and domestic needs, a better life and social development.
