Hosted by the China Fashion Association, this edition of the AW24 China Fashion Week is deeply integrated with China's textile and apparel industry and key academic institutions, attracting over 100 fashion brands and more than 170 designers. It aims to promote and facilitate international fashion and cultural interaction, revitalizing China's contemporary fashion ecology, and enhancing the new quality productivity of China's fashion industry.

The opening ceremony focused on the study of traditional Chinese wedding customs, advocating for the ceremonial sense of Eastern aesthetics and wisdom. It employed design concepts rooted in traditional culture and innovation, integrating intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship and modern fashion elements into pattern making and styling, presenting celebration attire that symbolizes love.
