At the China Development Forum in Beijing on Monday, a leading British business academic has stated that the world needs collaboration with China in technology innovation. Soumitra Dutta, dean of the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, said most Westerners don't realize the phenomenal innovations taking place in Chinese businesses. He told CGTN reporter Yang Shanshan he hopes universities and institutes in China and Europe can overcome geopolitical tensions and enhance cooperation to promote global innovation.
