The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board formed a team on Tuesday to investigate the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.
Maryland Transportation Secretary Paul Wiedefeld said vessel traffic in and out of the Port of Baltimore was "suspended until further notice."
