Chocolate from Iceland: Salty meets sweet

02:20

Iceland's remote, frozen Westfjords is the place where chocolate-maker Kjartan Gislason sources the sea salt he adds to his products. Explaining the unusual choice of ingredient, he said, "It's just something about the combination of the sweet and salty that will always be enjoyable to have in the same bite." Gislason is passionate about chocolate-making. "Chocolate is fun to eat and it's fun to work with," he said.
