The museum, also known as Explore Diversity Create Connection(EDCC), occupies a building area of 14,000 square meters, with about 5,000 square meters serving as the exhibition hall. It offers visitors distinctive full-scenario digital experiences, where art dialogues, cultural heritage, science and education are all presented in fresh and futuristic ways.
The museum has introduced a variety of exhibitions filled with educational elements and features combing high-tech and art. Among them is the "A Dream Journey – Through A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains" exhibit. It uses digital technology to bring to life the scenery depicted in "A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains," a masterpiece by painter Wang Ximeng of the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127). Walking in the exhibition hall, visitors get a full-scenario immersive and interactive experience while learning about the rich heritage of traditional Chinese culture.
