Danique Staal is a mead-maker and Lodewijk ten Have, a beekeeper. Both are passionate about not only their work, but also ecological sustainability. It's ten Have who supplies Staal with the honey he needs to make his traditional mead. Together they are introducing contemporary drinkers to an ancient beverage produced in its purest form.
