A delegation from Russia's External Intelligence Bureau, led by its Director Sergey Naryshkin, visited Pyongyang in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) from March 25 to 27, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Thursday.
During the visit, Ri Chang Dae, the DPRK's minister of state security, held talks with Naryshkin, the report added.
