A collection of 210 exquisite artifacts, including ancient Roman coins and Roman-era helmets from Luxembourg, are currently on display at the Henan Museum.

This exhibition is part of a cultural exchange program, following the showcasing of Henan's cultural relics at Luxembourg's National Museum of Archaeology, History and Art back in 2018.

"Through these exchange exhibitions, mutual understanding, and appreciation of each other's cultures among the people of both countries have deepened, fostering consensus and friendship," stated Ma Xiaolin, director of Henan Museum.

According to Ma, these exchange exhibitions have greatly benefited from the rapid growth of "Air Silk Road." Over the years, the route has expanded to cover more than ten cities around the world, including London, Chicago, and Milan, providing a reliable channel for logistics businesses and cross-border trade.

The exhibited cultural relics from Luxembourg encompass a variety of items, including stone tools, bronze artifacts, ceramics, coins, and oil paintings. They offer insights into the historical transformations, cultural richness, and economic progress of Luxembourg, highlighting the country's multicultural allure.

At the exhibition, Roland Reiland, Luxembourg's Ambassador to China, and Luxembourg museum director Michel Polfer served as guides on the opening day on March 27. Polfer explained that over ten items in this exhibition are considered "national treasures," with many of them being displayed outside Luxembourg for the first time.

Reiland expressed his hope that through this exhibition, the friendship between the two countries can be strengthened, and the "Air Silk Road" can serve as a "Cultural Silk Road" between China and Europe.
