Israeli strikes hit Syria's capital Monday, state media reported, as a war monitor said six people were killed in a building adjacent to the Iranian embassy.
Iran's state media said the Israeli strike destroyed a building next to Iran's embassy in Syria.
"Israeli missiles... destroyed the building of an annex to the Iranian embassy... in Damascus, killing six people," said the Britain-based group Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Iran's ambassador was not injured in the attack, Iran's Nournews said.
