The killing of aid works in Gaza Strip was "unintentional," Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday in a video after he was released from hospital for a hernia surgery.
"We are in contact with the governments, and we will do everything so that this thing does not happen again," Netanyahu said.
